A lovely stay with welcoming owners who ensured a comfortable experience. The room was spacious, equipped with a sofa, and had thoughtful amenities. Dinner and breakfast were excellent in quality and value, and the truly dog-friendly environment made it even better. A cozy bar area added to the charm, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, especially during our evening meal.

The warm welcome from the owners set a positive tone, and the spacious triple room was well-appointed, complete with thoughtful amenities. the furniture in the common areas felt worn, which detracted from the overall vibe of the place. While breakfast offered good options, some of the presented items, like the out-of-date cereals, needed attention. Despite minor inconveniences, the staff's friendliness and the comfortably dog-friendly atmosphere made for a memorable visit.

stayed for 7 nights as a couple n the breakfast was really excellnt, they had great choices of hot and cold food. the room was comfy n had everything we needed. the bar/lounge area was chill for relaxin in the evening too, really enjoyed our time there.
the sound from the street made it hard to sleep n the ensuite was kinda outdated, could use a refresh.

I spent two nights in a Double Room at Half Moon in Alford. The owners and staff were incredibly welcoming. They made sure I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The room was spacious and tidy, offering nice amenities. I really enjoyed the huge bathroom and the comfortable bed. Food served in the restaurant was delicious, particularly the breakfast. the bar closing time was a little early for my liking, which limited evening options. I had a great weekend getaway, but staying longer would be made better with extended bar hours.

Friendly vibes and comfy stay!
Felt like family with the nice owners who were super welcoming. The room was huge and had a cozy sofa. The bathroom looked brand new. Only thing was the TV didn't work well, had to retune it all the time. Enjoyed the breakfast, but that fried egg was way too oily for me. Still, nice spot for Mablethorpe!

would book here again
Room was comfortable, with a flat-screen TV and electric kettle. Bathroom was spacious with free toiletries and a walk-in shower. Staff were super friendly and went out of their way to help. Dinner was excellent, especially the homemade steak and ale pie. Dog-friendly environment with a small fee for the pup's stay.

The room was super comfy and spotlessly clean, liked the spaciousness and the added touch of having a sofa. It felt really cozy, with lovely amenities that made our stay feel special. The bathroom was updated and nice too, but the TV was tiny and didn't work great. Had some noise from outside, which was a bit annoying at night, but overall, it was enjoyable.
